This is the second year a group of mid-career women were selected as Goldie

as they pursue their MBAs or Master of Science degrees within the Chicago
School of Real Estate. The fellowships are part of an initiative specifically
geared toward mid-career women in the real estate industry.
In addition to the scholarships, each woman is paired with a successful woman
in the industry as a mentor. This year’s mentors are: Gail Lissner, Appraisal
Research Counselors; Pam Dudash, MB Real Estate; Nicole Pecoulas, Babson
Capital Management; Janet Johnson, Schiff Harden; Ginger Downs, Chicago Association

“We received such great feedback from last year’s scholars and mentors and
are glad we can offer this type of support again this year. The career boost
these scholars get by the relationships they develop with their mentors will
prove to be invaluable, and the mentors can be assured they are grooming
the next generation to follow in their footsteps as leaders in the commercial
real estate industry,” said Wolfe Miller.
